Our Financial Professional will coordinate the closing of your previous account at another financial institution with you. The process will include a review to ensure that all of your previous account’s outstanding checks have cleared and all Automatic Deposits and Payments are now processing through your new account at Sun American Bank. When we have confirmed this, we can assist you in completing the “Account Closing Form” which will advise your previous financial institution to close the account and send a check for the balance of the account. We will also coordinate with you the activation of your new Sun American Bank ATM card or Check Card, and the destruction of your previous account checks and electronic banking cards.
